Most OEM electrical and mechanical parts: 12 months from purchase.
We handle most claims for you
For most manufacturers, just send proof + photos and we file the claim on your behalf. A few brands require you to file directly, and we'll tell you upfront and walk you through it.

How to file a claim
- Email warranty@bpwdirect.com with your order number, the SKU, install date, and a description of the failure.
- Attach photos or short video of the issue. For electrical, include any diagnostic codes.
- We submit to the manufacturer. Decision timing varies depending on the problem and the manufacturer.
- Approved claims: replacement part shipped at no charge, or credit issued.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage from accident, abuse, improper installation, modifications, normal wear, or use outside the part's published spec. Labor and downtime are not reimbursed.
