- Support conversations - questions you ask our parts assistant or sales reps and the replies we send.
- Technical data - IP, device, browser, anonymous session ID.
How we use it
- Fulfill orders, quotes, and warranty claims.
- Recommend parts that fit your fleet.
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, quote, password reset).
- Send marketing emails about parts you viewed - you can opt out anytime.
- Improve the site, detect fraud, and meet legal/tax obligations.
Who we share with
We share only what's needed to run the business: payment processors, shipping carriers, email provider, and analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
