Order cutoffs
In-stock orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Freight & oversized items
Crossing arms, body panels, large mirror assemblies and similar oversized items ship via LTL freight. A BPW rep will confirm freight cost and delivery window before billing.
Inspect freight on arrival
For LTL/freight deliveries please inspect cartons before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier's bill of lading and notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
